Sidsel Meineche Hansen - A Bright Night: Technologies of Affect at the Serpentine Gallery
We worked with Sidsel Meineche Hansen to develop a virtual sculpture using assets from the previous Seroquel® animation. This digital sculpture was inspired by an ancient artifact of unknown origin, depicting a snake eating a man’s head, perhaps resembling the ouroboros.
This work was presented as supporting material for a lecture Sidsel delivered for the Serpentine Galleries as part if their event; A Bright Night: Technologies of Affect at the Goethe-Institut.
Later this digital work was re-developed into a physical wooden sculpture in collaboration with fabrication company Werk5, to be shown as part of Sidsel Meineche Hansen's exhition ONE-Self at Tempoary Gallery, Cologne.
